Otukpo Bank Robbery: The Wicked Must Not Go Unpunished



Recall that notorious armed men in two Hilux and a Toyota Matrix car unleashed hell on Otukpo commercial banks on Friday afternoon, 20th October, in the busy city of Otukpo in Benue state with explosives and sophisticated weapons, which left many lifeless and some with injuries including police personnel, after many hours of operation, the notorious armed men do away with large sums of money from five commercial banks; Access bank, First bank, Zenith bank, UBA and Stanbic bank in Otukpo.

The Nigeria Police Force, Benue State Command has affirmed that the Divisional Police Officer, DPO, in charge of Otukpo, Chief Superintendent, CSP, John Adikwu and three other police officers lost their lives in a bloody Friday afternoon bank robbery in Otukpo town, Vanguard reports.

This evening report stated that security personnel who chased after the armed gang, successfully intercepted them along the Otupko-Taraku road where they abandoned their vehicles and on their attempt to escape into the bush two of them were gunned down in the exchange of fire with the Force men .
The remaining gang members were captured in between life and death and paraded. As When writing this report the investigation is still ongoing.

The wicked must not go unpunished

There is no free money anywhere, they killed many with guns and many of them were gunned down by the Nigeria Police and Military men.
