Born in 1977 in Owerri, Imo State, Nigeria, Dr. Ugochukwu is a Nigerian. This Nigerian has a deep understanding of supply chain management and logistics that is deeply ingrained in his enormous mental capacity. Currently, THIS YOUNG Nigerian is a trusted logistics expert who is in high demand worldwide due to his unusual skill set in the logistics industry. He is Eaglenet Logistics Services Limited’s managing director and chief executive officer. Prior to taking the helm at the Eaglent, Mr. Nwaugha had a succession of appointments from other logistics companies. At BALLAST Agency Limited, he worked.

He was the manager of distribution and export there. He worked for Panalpina World Transport, Nigeria Limited for a considerable amount of time before joining BALLAST. From 2000 to 2008, he oversaw the packaging and export department there. He is the director of sports at City Gate Sports Club and the founder of Squad 1 Football Academy in Abuja. He is an avid sports fan. His fervour for learning is well-known. Everyone who interacts with him knows how incredibly passionate he is about the industry.

He has an MSc in Supply Chain Management and is currently running an MBA at the Lagos Business School. He is a member of several professional bodies; he is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Warehousing and Material Management.
Dr. Nwaugha is a member of the National Council for Regulation of Freight Forwarders in Nigeria. In June 2024, Dr. Ugochukwu received an honorary doctorate in public administration from Prowess University Delaware, USA. He is also an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Management Consultants and a founding member of the Global Exclusive Movers Network.
